
Dom set up RSC (now Orbis DMC) back in 2008 after working in various Safari Lodges across East Africa and after seeing a gap in the market and the future of 'Responsible Tourism'. After eight years in Malawi, Dom is now based in Devon, UK and heads up Orbis Expeditions, the International Sales & Marketing branch. Dom's passion for Responsible Tourism in Africa resonates throughout the company.

Orbis’s new Impact Travel Director, James comes with a wealth of experience from African Conservancies as a Co-founder of Rewilding Africa CIC, which brings vital expertise and support to communities who live in the wildernesses surrounding Africa’s national parks and reserves. His new role with Orbis is in Preserving and protecting biodiversity through HNW Impact Travel, education and empowerment.

Before joining Orbis, Inno managed a hotel in Cape Town and a small eco-lodge in Central Malawi. Starting as a Senior Sales Consultant, Inno has risen through the ranks of the company first to General Manager and then to Managing Director in 2022, responsible for all operations of the re-branded Orbis DMC company.

South African Brit, Richard is a visionary leader, African NGO founder and adventure-inspired project creator who unites teams and diverse stakeholders to drive transformative change. Having led multiple African expeditions, Richard now facilitates unique learning opportunities in Malawi, inspiring people to embrace bold action and initiate meaningful impact.

Professor Pauline Long is a globally respected multi award winning entrepreneur, trade and investment consultant, a champion of women's empowerment and social impact. With decades of experience in international development, entrepreneurship education, and community-led innovation, Pauline has worked extensively across Africa to support women-led enterprises, youth empowerment initiatives, and sustainable development programmes for diverse African communities in the Diaspora and Africa.
